General

You must be 18 y/o or older to request a commission from me. If I have any reason to suspect that you're a minor, the commission will be automatically cancelled/ rejected.
You acknowledge that you're buying a Digital Illustration/ Digital Good and will not require shipping of any kind.
I'm not an English native speaker. I recommend you to keep your commission order as clear and simple as possible. Visual references are really appreciated.

Process

You're allowed to contact me asking for an update of your commission but no more than once per week.
I will provide Three (3) or more watermarked WIPS during the process of the commission.
Three (3) major edits can be made during the sketching phase; once sketch is approved you can only ask for minor changes.
I will require your approbation for each WIP to continue the commission. The more time you take to respond, the more the commission will be delayed, so please, make sure to respond as fast as possible.

Payment

I accept PayPal USD.
Full payment is required in order to start the commission.
Payments will be made through PayPal's invoice system.
Payment must be made within 72 hours after requested. If failed, the commission will be cancelled.

Turnaround time

I will not work with deadlines/ rushes.
Depending on the complexity of the commission and queue, the estimated turnaround time is around one (1) week to two (2) months. If I take more than two (2) months to complete the commission I will contact you to inform you about the status of your commission.

Commission rights

Watermark my artwork.
Request credits when you use my artwork.
Post the commission in any/ all social medias, use it to promote myself and add into my portfolio unless specified to keep it private.

Claim ownership of any character portrayed in the commission that doesn't not belong to me.

Use/ reupload the commission for personal/ non-commercial use, but only if you provide proper credits and a link to any of my social media. If the commission includes characters that do not belong to you, you must provide additional credits to the owner(s) of said character(s).
Make minor edits to the completed commission (ex. Cropping, Adding text/ borders, Changing Brightness/ Contrast/ Hue/ Saturation...).
Print the artwork or make any merchandise for personal/ non-commercial use only.

Use the commission for any kind of commercial use.
Claim the commission as your own work, whether you did or did not make any edits to the commission.
Make Big Changes to the completed commission (ex. Draw above the Artwork (Recolor / Edit), delete my watermark...).

Cancelation / refunds

If I'm unable to finish the commission, you will receive a full refund.
If you request to cancel the commission for any reason, depending on the progress of the commission you will receive:

100% refund if the commission has not been started.
75% refund if the commission has already been started and the first wip has been sent.
Finished commissions won't be refunded.

You can NOT fill a Chargeback against me.
You cannot ask for a refund if you're unsatisfied with the finished commission. However, i'm willing to discuss it and make three (3) minor changes. Major changes will required an extra charge.
